Subscription terms

What’s free and what’s paid

You can explore a sample question and read your saved entries without an active subscription. You can view or remove photos already saved, make and restore complete backup files, and use free automatic backups with your own cloud account.

An active trial or Full Access subscription includes daily parenting questions, saving and editing reflections and moods, new/replacement photos, five-year comparisons and photo collages. Your journal can continue beyond five years. Cloud backups depend on your Apple or Google account and available storage. We do not provide extra cloud storage.

Prices and payments

Full Access has monthly and annual plans with the same features. Before you subscribe, the app and your store’s purchase screen show the price, currency, payment schedule, and applicable taxes. Annual plans are charged in one payment for the full year. Prices may vary by country, store, and plan. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 14-day free trial when their store offers it. After the trial, the selected plan automatically renews at the displayed price unless cancelled before renewal. Trial eligibility is determined by your store account and subscription history; a previous trial does not guarantee another trial. The store confirms the exact first billing date before you subscribe.

Apple or Google charges your store account after confirmation when no trial applies, or when an eligible trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, depending on your plan, unless you cancel before renewal. The store’s rules determine when payments are taken.

If prices change

We may change prices because of changes in running costs, taxes, or the features and services we provide. For existing subscribers, changes apply to future renewals only. You’ll receive advance notice, and be asked to agree where the store’s rules or applicable law require it. Your store account shows your renewal price. You can cancel before the change takes effect if you do not want to renew at that price. Changing this page alone does not change what you pay.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Use Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play’s subscription settings, depending on where you subscribed. Removing the app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You normally keep access through the remaining trial or paid period, unless the store refunds or cancels the purchase or otherwise changes its status.

After reinstalling, use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover paid access. A purchase on Apple does not automatically carry over to Android, or the other way around. Restoring a purchase restores paid access, not your journal. Use a journal backup to recover your memories.

Refunds

Refunds follow the purchasing store’s policies and your rights under applicable law. Visit Apple purchase support or Google Play refund information. These terms do not take away your legal rights.

Your memories after paid access ends

You can still read your saved writing, view or remove individual photos, and make or restore backups. Automatic cloud backup remains free. Saving or editing reflections and moods, adding or replacing photos, five-year comparisons, and collages require an active trial or subscription.

Keep backups of memories you want to protect. Removing the app, clearing device data, losing your device, or changing cloud accounts may affect access. We do not keep a copy of your journal on our servers.

Your writing and photos belong to you

You keep your rights to the content you add. Only use writing and photos you have permission to use, respect other people’s privacy, and follow the law. The journal questions are for personal reflection. They are not professional medical, mental-health, or parenting advice.

App availability and updates

Some features depend on a supported device, permissions you allow, internet access, and services provided by other companies. We may update the app and these terms. We’ll give notice of important changes where required. Contact support@alittlemorepresent.com if you have trouble accessing the app.
